Goods which are deemed faulty or incomplete on arrival should be returned within 28 days of purchase along with all packaging. A note explaining the fault should be included along with your name and address. Please also call or email first to book in the return with us. An exchange will then be issued.

10. Retention time
Personal Data shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose they have been collected for. Once the retention period expires, Personal Data shall be deleted.
If you wish to have your records deleted then please contact us and this will be processed straight away. Alternatively all of our marketing has an unsubscribe option if you wish to opt out of marketing emails.
The shopper has the right to cancel or exchange within 7 days of receiving the goods under the distance selling regulations.
To cancel or exchange the order please return the goods with a note explaining whether the order is to be cancelled or exchanged and your name and address. The goods must be in an unused and resalable condition and the customer will be responsible for returning the items. Please also telephone or email to book the goods in for return or exchange before sending.
Refunds will be credited within 14 days of us receiving the items.
On exchanges of items the customer may be liable to pay the return postage of the new item.
If by mistake we supply you with the incorrect item you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods.
The goods should then be returned to us in the same condition they were received so we can confirm it was the incorrect item as per your initial order. The item will then be exchanged for the correct item. We will refund postage when the item is returned and the incorrect item is confirmed.
