There are four easy ways to order products from us:
1. Online Store:
Simply browse for the products you require, add them to your basket and use our secure online checkout, provided by Barclaycard. Only available to UK customers. For worldwide shipping please phone +44121-241-5654, or email us.
2. Credit/Debit Card:
Telephone us on 08452-26-26-23 or 07940-526-412 with your details and your order will be processed immediately.
3. Cheque:
Send a cheque payable to D.S. Products with a completed order form, or a note detailing your order.
4. Postal Order:
Send a postal order payable to D.S. Products with a completed order form, or a note detailing your order.
Postage and Delivery - In Stock Products are sent in plain packaging and in most cases are shipped within 1 working/business day. We will do our best if the order is placed before 11.45am to ship it the same day if possible. Please contact us for confirmation around bank holidays.
Shipping Options Available at Checkout
Free Standard Post - on All Uk Orders - a 3 day non guaranteed service and items will be sent either courier or 2nd class Royalmail at our discretion.
Priority Post - a 1 to 2 day service where orders are either sent with a priority courier or by 1st class Royalmail.
Priority Post + Signature - This is the same service as above but with a signature on delivery.
Next Day Delivery - a 1 working day service with a next day courier or special delivery Royalmail for items in stock ordered before 11.45am.
On the rare occasion Items are not in stock they will be sent on the service you have requested as soon as they are available and you will recieve communication from us to notify you of this.

Non aerosol orders - Mainland Uk and non outlying areas - Orders are sent via Roymail/Courier. All delivery options will work fine and a fast efficient service is offered whichever service is chosen.
Non aerosol orders - Non Mainland Uk and Outlying areas - including N.Ireland, Channel Islands and far reaching parts of Scotland - Orders are sent via Royalmail/courier. All delivery options will work fine but please bear in mind Royalmail will not always guarantee Next Day Delivery to remote parts of the country. Therefore it is not a guaranteed service but will be given priority and security over normal mail but can sometimes take a day or so longer. Please contact us if you require further information.
Orders containing aerosols - Mainland UK and non outlying areas - will be subject to us finding the best method of posting, this is sometimes royalmail or independent courier. Larger orders we will always tend to use a courier. The order will still be fast and efficient and at most only an extra 24hrs needed for the courier to pick up the parcel before it is dispatched. Please bear this in mind when choosing the next day delivery option.
Orders containing aerosols - Non Mainland UK and remote parts - including N.Ireland, Channel Islands, and far reaching parts of Scotland will be sent via Royalmail for orders of 1 and 2 cans or a suitable courier for larger orders. Bear in mind next day delivery is not always possible for these orders but we will do our best to put it on the most fast efficient service possible if you have chosen the next day delivery option but it will not be guaranteed.
Free postage and packing prices indicated are to UK addresses only, for alternative destinations please enquire about the different shipping options available. We currently ship our products all over the world.
