I am just writing to thank you for your prompt and efficient service.

I have just tried the product - I think I might need to practice a bit to get it exactly right - but I am very pleased with the result so far.

I was not sure whether to order Dark Blond or Grey.  I went for the Dark Blond and it has given my hair an almost natural, highlighted look.
